At US Wall Decor, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Whether the style isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your wall decor in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
